At McKenzie Services, our pricing is designed to be clear, flexible, and aligned with how sellers actually operate, whether that be on Amazon, WalMart, direct to consumer, etc. Even if you’re just getting started or managing high‑volume shipments, our plans and service rates give you predictable costs with the support level you need.

Per unit pricing includes:
1-99 Units Per Job
$2.25 / Per Unit
100-199 Units Per Job
$2.15 / Per Unit
200-299 Units Per Job
$2.05 / Per Unit
300-399 Units Per Job
$1.95 / Per Unit
400+ Units Per Job
$1.85 / Per Unit
Oversized
Small Oversized – +$1.25 per item
• Item is between 18-24 inches OR weighs 20-49 LBS
Medium Oversized – +$3.25 per item
• Item is between 25-49 inches OR weighs 50-74 LBS
Large Oversized – +$6.50 per item
• Item is 50+ inches OR weighs 75-100 LBS
We are not currently accepting any item weighing more than 100 LBS without prior approval.
Job Minimum
• $100 job minimum (at least 45 items per shipment).
- We can still ship less than 45 items, but please note that you would still be charged a flat $100.00.
Example 1:
Processed 15 items at $2.25/ea = $33.75
Total to be billed: $100.00
Example 2:
Processed 45 items at $2.25/ea = $56.70
Total to be billed: $101.25
Bundling / Kitting
$0.55 for each additional item in a bundle or multi-pack.
Example – 2 Pack Bundle:
First item in the bundle is $2.25*. Second item in the bundle is $0.55. Billing would look like:
$2.25* + $0.55 = $2.80 per 2 pack bundle.
Shoes, Clothing & Liquids
+$0.80 Per Unit
We check size, style, color, signs of use, remove price tags, etc.
Rush Fee
+$100.00 Per Job
Need a shipment received or shipped asap? This add-on pushes your shipment to the top of our teams to do list.
Poly-bags, Bubble Wrap & Shrink Wrap
Poly-bags: +$0.15 Per Unit
Bubble: +$0.70 Per Unit
Shrinkwrap: +$1.25 Per Unit
Photo Requests
$5.00 Per Request
For each photo request, you will get 5 photos. It is a $1 extra per additional photo past the first 5.
Monthly Membership
$0-$500.00
We offer 4 membership plans. Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. You may chose between any of these, depending on what level of services you will be needing and/or wanting.
Bronze Plan: Has a one-time $60 sign up fee.

Sign up today and one of our team members will respond to you within 1 business day. You will be introduced to your dedicated account manager, assigned a client ID number and provided our shipping address.
LTL Shipping
Standard Pallet: $30.00
Oversized Pallet: $44.00
• These are for shipments leaving our facility via freight LTL/FTL.
Shipping & Freight Postage
• For shipments destined to Amazon FBA, shipping costs are typically paid for through your Seller Central account on Amazon using Amazon’s Preferred Partner Program.
• We can generate a shipping quote for you using our carriers as well.
Inspections & Quality Assurance
Billable Hours: $73.00 per hour
• Charged for anything out of the ordinary/normal job process.
• Billed in 15 minute increments.
Example 1:
Opening all of the cartons and inspecting the items inside.
Example 2:
Adding security seals to your products.
Non-compliance Chargeback Document
Our team continuously addresses issues which may slow our process or affect our efficiency. To address these issues, we have developed this document outlining our requirements and expectations. In addition, this document explains the operational impact for non-compliance.

Small Parcel Truck Unload Fees
• These fees are for shipments that are arriving small parcel in quantities of 50 or more per shipment.
