Oversized

Small Oversized – +$1.25 per item

• Item is between 18-24 inches OR weighs 20-49 LBS

Medium Oversized – +$3.25 per item

• Item is between 25-49 inches OR weighs 50-74 LBS

Large Oversized – +$6.50 per item

• Item is 50+ inches OR weighs 75-100 LBS

We are not currently accepting any item weighing more than 100 LBS without prior approval.

Job Minimum

• $100 job minimum (at least 45 items per shipment).
  • We can still ship less than 45 items, but please note that you would still be charged a flat $100.00.

Example 1:

Processed 15 items at $2.25/ea = $33.75

Total to be billed: $100.00

Example 2:

Processed 45 items at $2.25/ea = $56.70

Total to be billed: $101.25

Bundling / Kitting

$0.55 for each additional item in a bundle or multi-pack.


Example – 2 Pack Bundle:

First item in the bundle is $2.25*. Second item in the bundle is $0.55. Billing would look like:

$2.25* + $0.55 = $2.80 per 2 pack bundle.

Example – 3 Pack Bundle:

Similar to 2 packs above, but billing would look like this:

$2.25* + $0.55 + $0.55 = $3.35 per 3 pack bundle.

Bundles containing 7 or more units will require special pricing so please reach out to us if you require these services.

Shoes, Clothing & Liquids

• Cartons weighing more than 50 LBS and/or exceeding 25 inches.

Storage

Our storage rates do not change in Q4 as Amazon’s does. Our storage rates are the same for all 12 months of the year, and we do not charge extra for long term storage.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer a “free week”. Some of our clients turn 100% of their products in less than 7 days, so we have a grace period where we do not charge if products are in our warehouse for LESS than 7 days. If your products are in our warehouse for 7 days or more, then there is a storage charge. There is also a storage charge for any pallets of materials, unique and specific to your jobs, such as special size boxes.

LTL Shipping

• These are for shipments leaving our facility via freight LTL/FTL.

Shipping & Freight Postage

• For shipments destined to Amazon FBA, shipping costs are typically paid for through your Seller Central account on Amazon using Amazon’s Preferred Partner Program.

• We can generate a shipping quote for you using our carriers as well.

Inspections & Quality Assurance 

Billable Hours: $73.00 per hour

• Charged for anything out of the ordinary/normal job process.

• Billed in 15 minute increments.

Example 1:

Opening all of the cartons and inspecting the items inside.

Adding security seals to your products.

Spot test the products to ensure they are working properly.
