Why choose our prep center?
Dedicated Account Manager
At McKenzie Services, you are appointed a single point of contact and your account manager will learn everything there is to know about you, your business and products so that you aren’t having to re-explain processes and such to multiple contacts at our facility.
Shipment Notifications
Many prep centers require that you input your orders into their system in advance. They then receive against those orders. With McKenzie Services:
- Carton Forwarding client just needs to enter what cartons are on the way.
- Wholesale & OA client’s only need to tell us when pallets are on the way. No need to tell us what the individual items are. Just order your product and we will do the rest!
Insured Inventory
Our insurance covers your products in our warehouse, while many other companies require you to get your own insurance.
Inventory Tracking
Many prep centers rely on google sheets to track orders and create shipping plans. Our proprietary software, EPIC, is easy to use and requires less work on your part. Simply order, and wait for your units to arrive, add your ASINs to our portal, and select which items are ready to ship. You can also download receiving reports if you’d like to reconcile.
Security Cameras
We have security cameras at each of the doors for added security. Hillsboro Police Department also uses our parking lot for their breaks!
Job Trials
Not sure if you are ready to commit to a prep center? No problem. We offer job trials so that you can test us out.
Automated Billing
All billing is processed automatically. You wont need to deal with invoices or submitting payments. We will send you an email with a billing breakdown for each charge.
