We handle all kinds of inbound and outbound shipments and specialize in container and pallet shipments. Fun fact, we do not charge for unloading a container or for receiving pallets.

Did you know we can handle full container loads like a pro? Whether you’re shipping a 20ft or 40ft container, our team (and our warehouse space) is ready to roll. Bonus: we’ve got a loading dock—so no lift gate needed. Smooth, right?

Here’s How It Works (It’s Easy, We Promise):

1. Sign Up & Say Hi 👋
   Not signed up with us yet? No worries—do that first. Then just let us know you’re planning to send us a container.

2. Loop In Your Freight Forwarder 🚢
   Share our address with your freight forwarder and make sure they give us at least 3 business days’ notice for any large shipments (think: containers, pallets, or 20+ boxes).
   Need a customs broker? We’ve got some awesome ones we can recommend!

3. Inbound Made Easy with EPIC 📦
   We’ll send you simple instructions on how to set up your inbound shipment in our EPIC system. It’s as painless as clicking a few buttons.

4. Sit Back & Let It Sail In ⛴️
   Your freight forwarder will contact us when the container hits the port, and we’ll schedule a delivery appointment.

5. We Receive & Inspect 🔍
   Our team unloads the cartons and checks for any signs of damage—fast and thorough. If anything looks off, we’ll send photos and wait for your go-ahead.

6. You Get the Heads-Up 📬
   Once everything is scanned into EPIC, your dedicated Account Manager will reach out to confirm safe arrival. Easy peasy.

7. Ship to Amazon or Store with Us 📦➡️🛒
   Ready to send to FBA? Send us your shipping labels, or grant us limited access to your Seller Central so we can generate postage for you.
   Not quite ready to ship? We can store your products right here for as long as you need.

Not Shipping a Container? That’s Cool Too.

We’re happy to receive smaller shipments—from a few loose cartons to fully palletized deliveries. In fact, we process hundreds of parcels daily.
