  • Many of our competitors break down their pricing so much, you may not realize how much it will cost for you to get each individual unit prepped. However, we are not just transparent, but inclusive with our pricing. Our basic prep pricing includes receiving the units (regardless of how many boxes the supplier breaks your order into), polybags if required by Amazon, and attaching the FNSKU label.   • How many times has Amazon told you that they under-received or over-received units from you on a shipment, and put your account “at risk” because of it? Not only do we only print the exact amount of FNSKUs needed, and our team reports any overages and underages to us so the shipment can be adjusted on Amazon before leaving – but we are also able to download packaging reports from our software to prove to Amazon what was actually sent, so they can fix any errors they applied to your account. 

• A Knowledgeable Account Manager saves you time and money.

  • When you sign up with McKenzie Services, you are assigned a dedicated Account Manager (although there are several who can help you if yours is out!) who helps push/create your shipments on Amazon, coordinate shipping, and answers any questions that come up for you on your Amazon journey. 

• EPIC, our in-house Inventory Management Software, shows you what was received and when, as well as tracking number, and the condition of the units received.

  • If you are a Wholesale or OA client, you can also use EPIC to create a preshipment of what you’d like to ship to Amazon. After that, your Account Manager will take over, seeing the shipment from “not-started” to “completed” progress, getting your shipping labels via Amazon, and making sure that it gets out the door. We’ll only bother you if something out of the ordinary comes up! EPIC is free with our services. Therefore, you will not have to pay for another Inventory Management software. 

• We charge less storage than Amazon.

  • If your items need to be stored long term, you won’t rack up as many fees as you would if your units sat at Amazon long term. We also clearly state our storage prices so you know what to expect .
