In addition to shipping to Amazon FBA in the United States, we are also familiar with shipping to Amazon Canada. However, the process is a little different than shipping within the United States.
When you create a shipment in Amazon Canada, you will be given FBA labels (Box/Carton Labels). However, you will not be able to use their preferred partner for shipping like you can with US shipments. Instead, you will need to generate postage on your own, or work with your prep center, to generate postage. This is something we are very familiar with.
If you work with us, please send us the FBA labels with your shipping request. If you’d like us to get the postage, we will send you a shipping quote for your approval. Once approved, we will provide you with the tracking numbers. Please note, you are required to put the tracking numbers into the shipment on Amazon. We will do this for you if we have access to your account.
If you are taking care of the postage on your own, please make sure you have the FBA labels, the Shipping Labels, and the Customs Invoice ready for us when requesting your shipment.
If you’ve never shipped to Amazon Canada before, we can walk you through any questions you may have. We ship to Canada quite often for many of our clients and our Operations Manager is very knowledgeable about international shipping.
