Notes from our Account Managers:
Say “Hello” to our new team member. If you email with us often, you’ve probably been introduced to me. My name is Erin and I am our newest Account Manager here at McKenzie Services. I started with McKenzie Services in May of 2021. I hope to bring a wealth of customer service experience and am excited to be part of the team!
Did you know that Google has recently made some changes, which has resulted in messages from our Account Managers going to spam for some of our clients! Please be sure to mark us as safe senders, and check your spam if you haven’t heard from us.

Notes from our Operations Team:
Carton Receiving Jobs for Carton Forwarding Clients In order for us to process your new incoming shipment in a timely manner, it is critical for our staff to have information on SKU count and quantity expected. This way, we can prioritize and receive freights accurately and process your shipment fast. When you create a New Carton Receiving Job, please make sure the SKU submitted matches the product barcode printed on the carton/master carton. If they don’t match, we won’t be able to scan and receive them upon arrival. Instead, we would have to report the discrepancies, which will prompt the Supervisor to review and create a New Carton Receiving Job. This means your shipment will end up at the back of the queue for our team to process. The SKU you put on the barcode can be anything you would like, such as the UPC, ASIN, or FNSKU, as long as it matches the master carton. Please see attached document if you would like a refresher.
Job Minimums for Carton Forwarding Clients After we’ve received your cartons, if you are planning to ship some or all right away, please notify us within 2 business days of receiving your cartons so that we can combine your Receiving Job and your Shipping Job under one job minimum.
Carton Receiving for OA/Wholesale (Items) Clients Please make sure that you are notifying your Account Manager if you have a shipment of 20 or more cartons on the way or any pallet shipments. We will need at least a 3 days heads up for our Receiving Team.
