The highly anticipated event runs for two days each year, offering incredible deals and discounts on a wide range of products. This year’s Amazon Prime Day is projected to take place on Monday, July 10th, and Tuesday July 11th, of 2023.
What is Amazon Prime Day? Amazon Prime Day is an annual sales event created by Amazon exclusively for its Prime members. During this event, Amazon offers massive discounts on a wide range of products, including electronics, fashion, beauty, home goods, and more. Since the first Prime Day in 2015, it has quickly become one of the most popular shopping events in the world.
So, how can you prepare for Prime Day as a seller?
- First, check in on your current stock levels in Amazon and see if any removals need to be created to make room. Check for stranded inventory and any other issues with your account that might prevent you from making as many sales as possible.
- Review your listings to make sure that they are accurate and appealing.
- Think about lightning deals, coupons, and other discounts you may offer. Amazon is requiring that deals must be submitted by April 28, 2023.
- Make sure you are sending in plenty of stock that you believe will sell on Prime day, such as your current best selling product(s). Amazon says all stock must be at their FBA warehouses by Thursday, June 15, 2023.
